A client of Private Detective Oxford has an employee that
sustained an injury whilst working with his horses. She has a strained
arm/shoulder which she claims is the fault of our client as she has accused him
of not following the correct health and safety regulations. This is causing our
client great grief, because he needs to prove that she is able to work and
could be working somewhere else. From our consultation we were able to carry
out surveillance using a 2 man team from her home address.
We carried out 6 hours of surveillance working from the
target’s home address. Our client decided the best time to begin the
surveillance would be 06:00hrs as this time the target would be getting ready
for work if she were working elsewhere.
Our 2 operatives followed her by car to some stables where she
immediately mucked out some horses and took one out to be exercised on a hard
going hack.
We presented the evidence in a form of a report including
photographs and a video showing the evidence he needed. Our client decided that
he would like some more surveillance evidence so he hired us for another 3
days. He wanted to make sure he had enough evidence to take her to court. We
carried out the work and it was found that she was working for 3 other stables
as well as the one we caught her at on the first day.
